Bob Seger, born Robert Clark on May 6, 1945. is an American rock and roll singer-songwriter who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2012.
Against the Wind was the 11th Bob Seger album and his third with The Silver Bullet Band. Released in 1980 this Grammy-winning record album is Bob Seger's only Number 1 album to date, spending six weeks at the top of the Billboard 200. The Against the Wind album cover also won a Grammy award in 1981.
