Framed Vintage Record Album Cover – The Beatles - 1967 - 1970
1967–1970 (also known as "The Blue Album") is a compilation of Beatles songs between the years 1967 and 1970. This album sold nearly 15 million copies worldwide.
There is an interesting story about the album's cover. Angus McBean took the photograph of the group looking down over the stairwell inside EMI House for the Beatle's 1963 debut album, Please Please Me. In 1969, The Beatles asked McBean to recreate this shot. This photograph from the 1969 photo shoot was originally intended for the then-planned Get Back album, it was not used when that project became the Let It Be album, released in 1970 as . Another photograph from the 1969 shoot, along with an unused photograph from the 1963 photo shoot, were used for both the 1967 -1970 and 1962–1966 albums, respectively.
